- •Preferences: meal reminder times and notification settings you configure.
- •Usage information: basic analytics about how the app is used, to improve performance and features.
How We Use Your Information
- •To provide the core features: logging and displaying your meals, tracking progress toward your goals, and generating AI-powered nutrition insights.
- •To send you the notifications you have requested, such as meal reminders.
- •To process subscriptions and payments (handled by our payment processor, Stripe).
- •To respond to support requests you send from within the app.
- •To maintain, improve, and secure the app.
How Your Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app:
- •Payment processing: Stripe processes subscription payments. Your payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.
- •AI analysis: photos and meal data you submit for analysis are processed by our AI analysis provider solely to generate the requested results.
- •Push notifications: delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging to reach your device.
- •Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings page (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion permanently removes your profile, logged meals, weight entries, goals, and other app data and cannot be undone.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls that ensure only you can view and manage your own data.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
